We'd love your short stories (200 words) of how prayer is changing lives in your prayer patch.
If you make reference to an individual, please don't use their real names - thanks!
You can give us your story here.
Good News -

I didn't know how to pray
I really appreciated your booklet (Starting to Pray) and the help it has brought to someone who in reality didn't know how to pray. It has opened my eyes and ears to the Lord. From J.W. in USA
Christmas connections made
Just before Christmas we put on a Carols, Coffee and Cake evening in the little children's park next to our home. We invited some local musicians to make up a band - got carol sheets - and went round the neighbours with a flyer inviting them to come and sing carols in OUR park. They bought their folding chairs and blankets, and a plate of Christmas fare, and it wall all on! Great connections were made with neighbours we had only seen briefly. Some said they wanted to help next year and would encourage more to come. In between the carols we wove the story - talking about it with the children. To end everyone was invited to read a 'Christmas Blessing' to the person next to them from the carol sheet. We can now pray more specifically for many of our neighbours. Kath and David
Get stick'in!!
My sticker is on my car back window. I'm sure it prompts people to pray because God promised that he'd be faithful if we are faithful. I have one on my letter box too to enspire the postie to pray. I have one on my pinboard above my desk to prompt pastors, PA's and people who visit my desk to pray. What's so nice about these stickers is that they reflect NZ. These are our very own stickers -God's own Amen. We have more people praying with the stickers than without. Let's get stick'in !!

Comments from a group of women in Upper Hutt:
"I am parking my car at the bottom of my drive so all the people who
walk past my house to work will read the sticker on it."
"Every time I take the car out I find I am praying for the people behind me who read the sticker, and for people who see the one on the left side when I park the car. It is provoking me to be in prayer all the time I am out."
"I look out of my dining room and watch people walk past my fence reading my sign and I pray for them whenever I see them."
"A young woman who had walked away from God kept seeing our poster on the fence and finally rang us and asked to come for prayer. She is now 'back in the fold' and getting help with her struggles."
"I've put my sticker on the car, and no-one in my household (who often roll their eyes at me and my faith) has protested. I need some booklets for when I talk to people about prayer."
